28 camps

Twenty-four is the number of the Elders in Revelations and the Enochian Seniors. Twenty-eight is the mystic number of Netzach. The Enochian Senior names, if placed in a circle, generate 28 angel names and the names of two dragons. In Godzilla Meets E.T., Part II (Figures #8, #9 & #10.3) Rowe describes a circular structure for the Names of God, Elemental Kings, Seniors and Lesser Angles. The Senior names form the "spokes" and the 28 names create concentric circles. A complete diagram of this structure is provided in Comselha: An Enochian Macrocosmic Ritual (figure 2).

I organized these names into a table. The 28 names appear left to right. The Dragon names are the white squares. If ICZHIHAL is North it represents the northern hemisphere and contains the male Pole Serpent (Nachash Bare'ach; Draco Constellation). If RAAGIOSL is South it represents the southern hemisphere and contains the female Coiled Serpent (Nachash Akalkalon; Southern Cross Constellation; Kaplan notes that the Inclination of the ecliptic is the female Coiled Serpent). The Dragon names have a 4+4+{4+6+4}+4+4 pattern. The number 4 indicates the four letters from a planetary quadrant for each set of Senior names; Six indicates the Sun; {4+6+4} indicates a "knot". Note that the letters for the Elemental King names appear in the rows for Saturn, Jupiter and Mars. The midpart of each Dragon's name contains all the letters in the Sun circle, since there isn't a corresponding Sun "spoke".

The Head of Draco begins at ICZHIHAL-[L] in the Saturn|Saturn quadrant, and then goes to BATAIVAH-[H] in Saturn|Saturn, etc, creating an evolutionary (clockwise) spiral. The male Dragon's name is generated by cycling through the Senior names in the following order: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Moon.

If you divide each elemental quadrant into six 15º sections, the first 4-letter series is at 0º (Saturn), the second 4-letter series is 15º (Jupiter), the third 4-letter series is 30º (Mars), the 6-letter series is 360º (Sun), the fourth 4-letter series is at 45º (Venus), the fifth 4-letter series is at 60º (Mercury), and the sixth 4-letter series is at 75º (Moon). This ultimately creates a series of squares offset from one another by 15º. While the name for the female Dragon is generated by a counter-clockwise spiral, it creates basically the same pattern.

To create the name of the female Dragon you begin at RAAGIOSL-[N] using a involutionary spiral with the following planetary order: Moon, Venus, Mercury, Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn. An Evolutionary Spiral is masculine, positive, inward; an Involutionary Spiral is feminine, negative, outward.

28 Camps

Sefer Yetzirah 5:10 He made them like a trough; He arranged them like a wall; He set them up like a battle.

From Sefer Yetzirah: The Book of Creation (Revised Edition), by Aryeh Kaplan, pp. 220–223

The constellations are said to be like a trough because they channel spiritual sustenance down to the physical world. The months are like a wall. The parts of the body are involved in a constant state of war, as discussed later (6:3).

Also important {Kaplan discusses a calculation to determine the natal zodiac sign} are the 28 "camps" of the Divine Presence, corresponding to the 28 days of the lunar month. The length of the lunar month is 29 days, 12 hours, 2643 seconds (29.53059 days). This is the period during which the Moon goes through all of its phases. Besides this, there is also the sidereal month, the time during which the Moon passes through all twelve signs of the zodiac. This period is 27 days, 6 hours, 780 seconds (27.25902 days). This is the period during which the Moon revolves around the earth, and returns to its original position with regard to a fixed star.

The lunar month is longer than the sidereal month. The reason for this is because, in order to complete a lunar month, the Moon must not only pass through the twelve signs of the zodiac, but it must also occupy its previous position in relation to the Sun. During this month, however, the Sun itself has advanced through the zodiac. The lunar month is therefore longer than the sidereal month by a factor of one twelfth. The Moon therefore passes through each of the twelve signs of the zodiac in 2 days, 6 hours, 1865 seconds (2.271585 days).

Besides the 28 lunar days, the sidereal month can also be divided into 28 equal parts. Each one of these parts is one of the Moon's "camps". The moon passes through each of its camps in 23 hours, 1310 seconds. The 28 camps parallel the 28 "times" mentioned in Ecclesiastes. These are related to the seven qualities corresponding to the seven Doubles, as discussed above (4:2-3 Seed, Life, Wealth, Grace, Wisdom, Peace, and Dominance). The 28 camps are associated with the twelve signs of the zodiac through the 42 Letter Name (table). This name is combined with the letters of the Tetragrammaton in [a circle]. This yields a total of 168 letters, or six for each of the 28 camps.

The 168 letters can also be divided into twelve groups, each consisting of 14 letters. Each of these groups then corresponds to a specific sign of the zodiac. It is these letters that are dominant as the Moon passes through each of the twelve signs.

Also associated with each of the twelve signs is a permutation of the names YHVH and Adonoy (ADNY). By meditating on these combinations, as well as the derivatives of the 42 Letter Name, one can gain knowledge of things that will happen in the designated times.

The 28 "times" of Ecclesiastes can be divided into two groups of 14. One group consists of the good times, while the other consists of the evil times. The 14 good times are said to come from the 14 letters of YHVH Elohenu YHVH:

YHVH ELHYNU HYVH     יהוה אלהינו יהוה

One then takes the letter, which in the alphabet comes after each of these 14. This yields the letters {NOTE: This Name is written on the back of the Mezuzah}

KUZU BMUKSZ KUZU        כוזו במוכסז כוזו

The 14 evil times are said to originate from these 14 letters. These 28 letters can therefore be used to transmit the appropriate concepts.

There is another system that also provides insight into each hour of the day. As discussed earlier (2:5), when various letters are combined with the Tetragrammaton, five vowels are used. When one wishes to make such a combination relating to the hours of the day, however, one must add a sixth vowel, the Shva (:) {NOTE: The reason why six vowels are used is because six signs of the zodiac are always ascending, and six are always descending}. The array associated with each letter of the Tetragrammaton then consists of 36 elements.

NI Table

The inner square of the NI table has 256 squares, similar to a 256 color web palette. Using this table, count in Hex by counting left to right (0F = 15 and 1F = 31). Hex values are used to determine web colors and the gold squares on the table indicate the six Hex values (00, 33, 66, 99, CC, and FF) that are combined together to create these colors. These numbers are divisible by 51. Overlay the Hex values on the NI table and you get this.

I decided to use the NI table like a color cube (or color space). At the top of the table is the electromagnetic spectrum. While only six hex values are used for 256 color palettes, all hex values can be combined in triplets to create all 16.7 million colors.

At the center of the table is ALIM. For some reason I put a manji at the center of the table because it means "whirlwind" (GLGL = 66, A wheel. [Called "Cognomen Schechinae"]; Whirlwind). The far right column is YHVH ELHYNU HYVH (running top to bottom), and the far left is KUZU BMUKSZ KUZU (bottom to top) in Hebrew. The four flames from the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th Enochian Keys are on the green squares. The first letter (V) of the second flame, called VIVIALPRT, is the final "U" in KUZU; the last letter (T) is next to HONOHEN—both squares are colored black . The 28 Names also define the planetary flow of energy: starting with the outside column going inward: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury, and the Moon .

The orange squares are the 28 names that interact with the 14 Letter Names. The Seniors interact with the Flames and the 3rd NI group that interacts with the Linea Spiritus Sancti (the Mars-Venus axis), Linea Patris (Jupiter-Saturn axis), and Linea Filii (Mercury-Luna axis).
