At 03:42pm, after posting this, offered 1-BD apartment, which I happily moved into Sep 25th. After renting rooms for several years, and sleeping on a sofabed for the last two, presently embedded on this wonderful new bed. Have no idea what to do with all this kitchen, but the patio's superb. {many thanks to everyone}
